Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer concierge team via email with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Item
Carefully repackage your items in their original protective packaging and boxes to ensure they are shielded from damage during transit.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or schedule a premium courier pickup for larger furniture pieces.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
